Cornwall-based artist The Coral Line returns with "Blue Skies," an atmospheric indie-pop release blending cinematic textures, ethereal vocals, and organic instrumentation shaped by the landscapes and coastline of Cornwall. Written and performed by Coralie Ward and produced by Gareth Young at Cube Recording, "Blue Skies" was created from a deeply personal place, exploring themes of vulnerability, imagination, neurodiversity. Following the release of debut single "Evenfall," which received support from BBC Introducing, The Coral Line continues building a sonic world rooted in atmosphere, emotional honesty, and human connection. Released alongside an official music video filmed in Cornwall, "Blue Skies" captures moments of childhood wonder, stillness, and emotional presence against the natural landscapes that helped shape the song itself. Many of the most striking moments in the video were entirely unscripted, becoming part of the emotional core of the project. Inspired by artists such as Daughter, Aurora, and Florence + The Machine, The Coral Line blends indie-pop songwriting with cinematic storytelling and immersive visual world-building. Coralie Ward is a UK-based cellist, vocalist, and songwriter whose work spans recording, film, and live performance. Her credits include Frank Turner's Love Ire & Song (Epitaph Records), alongside soundtrack work with composer Nerys Grivolas.
